That is where mine rubbed on my FS3000 when I went to 16" tires.
I had to get a different rim to clear everything.
Let me see if I can get a measurement. Not sure if the FS3000 is different setup than the FS2300 since mine is superlite and I believe yours is the wide body version. I do know that in getting rims I stayed with what they called a 0 offset rim, but I also stuck with the 15" X 6" wide and did not go to 16".
