Well as a quick reply, I finished welding and put it back on the ground. Went inside to do the jump test, I can't see the walls going down at all when I jump, but instead I see them bowing OUT at the wheel wells. We looked outside where we braced the wheel wells and our braces aren't moving at ALL!! So I am unsure what is really going on now. I put about 10 new outriggers underneath and ran a new cross member at the front axle. Calling all people who have had Socal do your trailer, if you do the jump test, do your walls not bow out at all???
