3, 50 gal fresh water tanks. All of them white, maybe a little semi translucent white in color, but diffidently white not black.
2, 50 gal waste water tanks. 1 grey and 1 black, both dark black in color.
If it is just a small cut like you say, on top of the tank, why not just use heat to weld/melt together the tank material that is already there...? most are 1/4-3/8" thick walled. Should be plenty of material there to fix a small cut.
