Typical example of a OP not giving all the trucks GVWR/GAWR/OEM tire and wheel ratings info from the git-go.
Fords F150 trucks came in different configurations from 6xxx GVWR on up to the present 8200 GVWR and 3800 to 4800 RAWR with P or LT tires, so its important for the person asking a "will it tow it" or "comments please" to post that info.
IMO a "fill in the blank" sticky should be at the top of every trailer towing forum on RV.net.
The OP will have no problems carrying the pin weight he has listed with his heavy duty '00 F150 5.4 3.73 with a 7700 GVWR/4800 RAWR 4150 FAWR 7 lug wheels and LT E tires.
The truck is 15 years old so help it out some and don't try and keep up with the flow.
