- Jayco23FBExplorerThanks for the info. I have a Dexter Axle. The numbers are stamped on the backside of the axle at the center position. The label on the front left of the TT tells me I have 3500# axles. I have a call in to Dexter for brake info.
Thanks! - laknoxNomad

As do my Dexter axles which were manufactured in November 2015. I copied all the information down on them before those labels get weathered and blasted with road debris to make the unlegible.

Lyle - justafordguyExplorerMy 7k Dexters have labels too, they are on the rear side of the tube in the middle.

Lyle - fla-gypsyExplorerAl-Ko axles are labeled with a tag
- wilber1ExplorerLippert axles have a label with all that info near the center of the axle.
- AllworthExplorer IISome Dexter axles have the serial # stamped into the tube at the center, on the rear face. Same # for both axles (or all three).
- the_bear_IIExplorerDexter axles will have a metal band around the axle (like a wrist band). The code on that band can be used to determine the axle on the dexter website.
