- AZDesertRatExplorerGood idea! My power center is close to the door also under the closet so it would beeasy to run some wires to an outside light. Thanks for the tip.
I pulled one of the floodlights out this afternoon and they are 55 watt and about 4" diameter so big bulbs. - naytherExplorer

Does anyone know what type of flood bulbs these may be andwhat might fit as a lower wattage or LED replacement? I haven't disassembled them yet and the owners manual doesn't tell me what they are.
I had the same problem on my Ragen' and my solution was to add a porch light next to the door, don't know why they did not put one on it originally. On my trailer the power center is right inside the door so it was easy to drill a hole through the exterior and pick up a hot and ground, light has a switch on the bottom. I only use the flood lights when we're cooking or eating. If I need more light than the porch light and less than the floods I use my old standby Coleman lantern. Yes they are energy hogs! - BobWandererExplorerSpent most of the day cleaning up and removing stuff, not even close to being finished.
- porknbeanrExplorerInstalled the Rieco Titan Ground control 4 point leveling system on my fifth Wheel.
- bkirkpatrickExplorerI know but it is probably going to be a body shop run if I want it done right.

We all make mistakes. Suck it up as that. And fix it. - bkirkpatrickExplorerI sideswiped a pole pulling into a friend's place at Lake Jodi!
- AZDesertRatExplorerI bought a 2006 Ragen FS2500 a couple months ago and really love it so far, its been out 3 times already and going again the first week of January on an archery Deer hunting trip for 4 or 5 days.
In the last 3 weeks I have replaced one roof vent with a Shur Flo Platimum series remote controlled variable speed fan, tossed the old heavy and bulky 120v 19" tube type TV with a 12v DC/120v AC Spectre 24" LED HDTV/DVD on a full motion mount, installed the HDTV add on antenna to the existing batwing. I also replaced both plastic roof sewer vent jacks and caps, cut off the old single step and replaced it with dual steps and added a swivel out grab rail, bought and installed two X-Chock wheel chocks and swapped 10 of the incandescent light bulbs in the ceiling fixtures with warm white 36LED replacements and plan to do the remaining 4 or 5 bulbs when I get the next order in. Very happy with every upgrade I have made so far!
The next couple projects are replacing the two slide valves on the black and gray water tanks as one or the other is seeping and replacing the two flood lights on the awning side with something less powerful or LED as they are way to bright and power hogs when you just want some lighting while sitting under the awning in the evening. My TH came with a single step which had about a 15" step up. We had to use a lower step platform.

The old step was welded on so I had to grind off the welds.
The replacement double step.
All folded up
The best part out this mod was that I had to weld on the new step. So I had to buy a 90 amp wire welder. - 1L243Explorer IIAbout the middle of summer I added ramp support so I can use the TH ramp as a platform or porch.
I used a 5/8" eyelet and drilled a hole in the top metal frame.

The ramp allready had a plate, I just had to drill a hole
I decided to use chain and spring loaded clevis instead of cable.
Finished
