About $1500 for a tandem axle setup. Installation extra. Pretty much a no brainer for full-timers. Almost worth the "huge outlay of cash" for better stopping performance on the "huge outlay of cash" spent on an RV and toys it hauls. JM2C

Got all six self adjusting breaks from Etrailer about 2 years ago...no problems on my last long trip from FL - NJ - CA.
