- joebedfordNomad IIIAdjusted the brakes. 2 were fine, 4 needed adjustment. Of the 4, 2 adjusters were rusted solid. I had to pull the wheels and hubs off and put the adjusters in my vise to free them. One required a fair bit of heat to crack it.
I hate doing that job at the best of times. Maybe time to get self-adjusters? - StraboExplorerNew awning being installed as i type this, race flag style too....Nice

- HTElectricalExplorerWhere did you get the new recliners/chairs?

I "remodeled" the interior of our trailer. Removed the dinette and put in two swivel recliners. Made a foldable shelf that attaches where the dinette used to, covers the screw holes and is VERY useful. The dinette was really only practical for two, unless two more were kids, just too tight for adults. Its usually just the DW and I and if there are more we can use the long table in front of the couch. For a table with these chairs we use one of the small foldable tables from Camping World.

Old dinette:

Added some LED lighting
Thats awesome. I looked into that some time ago. Might have to re-look again. - maak95ExplorerIn the last 2 weeks I repacked all the bearings and adjusted the brakes. Coated the roof with EPDM Liquid RV roof. Did the Zep treatment. Today I got all new tires. I am ready for riding season. Come on cooler weather.

You'll need to order the following two items. Yes it adheres with double sided tape to the bottom side of the awning where there is a thin metal strip that sits flush against the side of the trailer. I am not all that impressed with the tape however as it is very thin and am having trouble getting it to stay adhered on one end. I took a rag of Acetone to the metal surface prior to make sure it was clean. It is setup to run off of AC which is how I have it powered at the moment but you can cut the chord just before the AC/DC converter brick and wire it into 12v. This is my plan but have yet to do so.

N-Trouble, looks great. Do you need your ladder each time to plug it in?
Thanks, kids really dig it... Can't keep them off the remote:)
No, the ladder is just there in the spot I am having issues with it not sticking. The LED wiring comes down the awning frame rail closest to the front of the trailer and in through a small factory cutout that the power awning wires run into and out of the front bottom storage area. From there it connects to the IR controller box (for the remote) and then to the AC brink and into an AC wall outlet by my entry door. I plan to cutoff the AC brick and hard wire it directly to 12V in the storage area. At that point will just need the remote to turn on. When I am done it will all be hidden and look factory installed. At least that is the plan.
Probably going to have to use a glue gun where its not holding with the tape. - Y-GuyModeratorN-Trouble, looks great. Do you need your ladder each time to plug it in?
