- 2btowedExplorerReplaced broken axle spring on passenger side of 5th.Do not remember hitting anything,but 2nd leaf broken where it meets 3rd.It is on the leading axle and axle shop said the front one takes all the abuse.Trailer is 06,and taken where no trailer should go!!!!Going to replace other side also,better at home than on the road.Going to put it on my pre-flight check list also..

Made it myself. Just mocked it up with pieces of cardboard, bought the 10 gauge metal, cut, weld, drill, etc. - gtsumExplorerconsidered trading it in on a new DP, but after looking at several and coming to the conclusion a 34-36ft DP just wont cut it (38-40ft is what we like, and the prices jump up a good bit to that size), we decided to keep it another year!
