- fj12ryderExplorer IIIIn the process of replacing the floor in the bedroom slide. Apparently had a leak and rotted out the wood up against the slide outer wall. Got it all out and now letting it all dry out. What a pain!!
Found it when I brought the slide it and it wouldn't come all the way in because the anchor had pulled out of the rotten wood. It doesn't appear to be a horrible fix but will take some time and effort to replace the old with some decent marine grade plywood.
Needless to say my better half is exceedingly upset with the quality of construction. Me too, but somehow not terribly surprised. :( - WizbangdoodleExplorer

I'd like to see pictures of that
I wish I had taken pictures while doing the repair. Unfortunately I did not. I have to say though, the wood they use in construction of these trailers is the poorest, cheapest grade you can possibly find. - TRazzoExplorer

Got tired of crawling into the storage compartment everytime we setup, so I made a rollout system with AccuRide 42" full extension guides and baltic birch ply boxes. The upper one will slide back and forth on rails and is removable. Much easier now!

Beautiful work.
Thank you! Took it out for a weeks vacation and it was so much better to access stuff. - foolofsandExplorerdoing the thermostat mod but cant find any thermally conductive epoxy---any ideas where or what i can get? thanks
- fj12ryderExplorer IIIReplaced the kitchen faucet due to a broken supply line, cleaned the roof, and repaired some cracks in the caulking around one of the vents.

Beautiful work. - TRazzoExplorerI almost screwed up, I made it 2 inches narrower than the hatch, and the slides were wide than I anticipated, I had to raise the unit up a couple of inches off of the floor so everything would clear. Had to remake brackets but wasn't too bad. Thanks!
