what glue or adhesive to glue new paneling over the old

I am putting new panneling into my 93 nomad 5th wheel, I am wondering what would be some good glue/adhesive to use to glue new paneling over the old stuff.

The wall frames are aluminum or some kind of metal. and the walls have styrofoam in them, ceiling and roof have the pink insulation and are wood beams.

Trailer had a ton of water damage, both floors in slideouts were rotten and you would fall through them it was so bad. I have repaired the floor, the old paneling looks horrible.

I tried removing some of the paneling from the walls but it is all glued to the walls and tears up the styrofoam. so I stopped doing that after messing with one pannel.

The last trailer that I replaced paneling in I used nails, and eventually more moisture got to the walls and they started to bow just a little bit here and there, I think if I glued the new paneling in, it would be more flat and attached so that it wouldn't bow so easily.

I got new 5mm wood paneling that I am going to put in the trailer http://www.homedepot.com/p/t/203183010

just need to figure out what a good product would be to glue it in place.
