There are basically two different type fifth wheels in the 35 foot range. There are mid profile (straight frame) and full profile (drop frame). The full profile fivers are heavier due to extra mass and front height and are considered higher end units. They also have full pass through basement storage because the holding tanks are lowered due to the drop frame design.
My fifth wheel in signature is a mid level unit with straight frame and gvwr is 12400.
