what is this called and how do you trouble shoot?

Hi, The picture below show a device that is in the battery compartment of my 2010 Keystone Cougar. What is it called? I have power going into the "+" terminal, but no power output to any of the...

Do you have anything that isn't working? Lots of devices have power in and nothing on the output, if nothing is activating them. (Be it a remote, on/off switch or sensor).
