OP here,
Well I've got two guys here now working on it. One is supposedly a professional car detailer. They seem pretty good washing everything off twice with a good rinse. I will be using Rejex as my polish and have gone over the details of how it is to be applied. I'm sitting on my front porch just observing and they are pretty hard at it.
We negotiated a price of $150 total for the wash and applying the Rejex. I am on a disability income so while I want the job done right I can't afford $1000 either.
They are not using a pressure washer at all!
I will keep you posted on how it turns out
