That 10 year warranty on the roof is a joke! All that is warranted is that the roof material will not wear out before 10 years. It is NOT a warranty against tears, leaks, finish etc. I have never seen a rubber roof wear out. Have seen some get pretty bad looking (mine included), but not worn out.
I also do not think you can get a warranty against leaks. If it has not leaked during the first year any that show up later are probably due to a lack of maintenance. I have not seen any company that will cover that aspect of the rig after the first or second year.
My opinion is that the best thing is to be your own warranty expert. Do all your own inspections and required maintenance and you usually won't have to worry about a what comes next regarding a warranty.:)
