How big is your water heater? If it's 10 gallons there is part of it. I agree 30 isn't enough.
I do know what's up with his images. They are not image files. The URLs are mile-long strings of garbage ending in an equal sign.
To the OP, I have the same issue with my rig, which is supposed to have a 35 gallon fresh water tank, but I can't pump more than 25 gallons from it. For what it is worth, this is annoying.
