I'm amazed you ran out of 35 gallons of water in one weekend. Time to learn how to navy shower, and use paper plates.
We boondock every summer from a Wednesday afternoon to a Monday morning. Our tank is 60 gallons. We never even come close to running out of fresh water in that time period, we usually have half a tank left when we leave. Black gets pretty full but that's about it. We do quick navy showers every day (which include me washing my long hair, and shaving my legs, yes I'm female), don't wash too much in the way of dishes (use paper/disposable whenever possible), and we don't drink that water.
