If it is normal grey water that DOES contain soaps, mouth wash, toothpaste, etc., I'm not sure it would be good for the plants......no matter how bad the drought is.
Look up the rules for BLM and USFS land. You are not only allowed to dump grey water, one can also bury excrement. It is acceptable as long as not into a pond or stream. BLM quote. "It is acceptable to dump grey water from an RV as long as you don't contaminate standing water"
