Where to place jack to change tire on Toy Haulers?

If you have auto leveling system why not use that to change a tire?

With a triple axle, I only let Discount do 1 side at a time.
When you jack up both sides on a triple axle, the middle axle does weird stuff and flips the shackles around.
Most 16 year old kids at tire shops don't know how to handle that, so I tell them to only do 1 side at a time.
Dual axle, lift the whole trailer at once, no problem there.

under the spring perch is how i've always done it.

Most tire store will place a jack under each spring mount and lift the whole trailer at one time. That's what they did with my trailer.

Jacking under the spring perches works fine for me. The last thing I would want is someone lifting one side of the trailer to change tires. Jack the axle high enough to change the tires and you're good. Just don't jack anywhere but where the springs are attached to the axle.
