"Whisper Quiet" or "Dual-Ducted" Air Conditioning - reviews?

We have dual 15,000 btu units. They are low profile and they are much quieter then the old style on our previous fiver. Ours are also heat pumps. I have not seen any bigger then 15,000 btu. They keep our unit very cool. However we also have insulated glass, fiberglass roof and a really well insulated fiver. All of that matters also.
