Who has a sun shade permanantly attached to awning

My awnings are TOO high to attach a shade and I can't tilt the front one down because of slide out (have 2). I have the Carefree electric scissor type. Anyone have the mesh shade that they just discon...

FWIW, I attach a shade using industrial velcro attached to the roller tube...three 5 inch pieces, and sewn to the shade hem. I use a small step ladder but am sure you could use a little set of tongs or something to reach it up and stick it on.....it just peels off when I want to take it down.
