wiring 2007 fleetwood nitrous hyperlight toyhauler

In the cabinet above the stereo are four bare wires. Two wires are #6 and two wires are #12 size. Our problem is the batteries will charge with the 4000 watt onan using shore power the inverter will not charge the batteries. Any ideas would help,

    The stereo system was replaced, Thanks for the information Cale. Its all good now I will add a few 1 by 2 s with plywood and get more storage, Thank you

    Do you have a Kenwood amp up there? I have a 2007 Nitrous (the 23 ft). My cabinet above the radios has only an amp for the stereo system.

    I looked on line and found the manual for wfco 45 amp converter and found that if the batters where connected in reverse polarity it blows the 2 30 amp, Sure enough one more problem solved. Im confused about the hot number 6 wire inside the rig above the radio. Could it be for a battery?
