Extensive flooding in WVa has us to where we can't get within 10 miles of our TH. We were in Beckley visiting my brother and we got word River was rising 2 to 3 feet an hour. We were 45 mins away from our camper and torrential downpours shut roads down to where we couldn't get to the TH to move it.. Long story short, don't even know if it's on our pad, or washed away... I KNOW it's under water to some extent... I called insurance comany and hope River drops low enough to be able to assess the damage and take pictures for insurance purposes. Rough night for the wife and I . We don't exactly know what to do... Oh, sons camper was also on our lot... Don't know it's condition either.
One never knows what is going to happen. Guess we're now without a camper...between me recouping from the stroke and wife from hip replacement.. This is just about a knock out blow... Don't know what we're going to do at this time.....Jim
I just was watching the video footage of this area from a drone and omg it looked horrific. Soo sorry your are in the middle of all that.:(
Be thankful you and all the family are ok. Hope the roads open up soon so you can get to your RV's. You will all be in our prayers tonight. :C
