That being said, they are just a tire...a well constructed tire...but if you let them sit months at a time without being moved and you leave them uncovered etc...don't be surprised if they start to dry rot and do what tires do if they are not being used.

Maybe... On my Used Travel Trailer it had Goodyear Marathon tires that were only 15 years old when I replaced them with Maxxis. :E
