Prices range from $18,000-$32,000. You will also have to pay a monthy Maintenace fee due to the resort setting, and the price can vary. You can find the information on-line through the area Real estate companies listings, that's how i discovered the information. It should be similar in the States you are interested in, and the price maybe more/ less.
