My old family practice doctor told me to take vitamin b complex and vitamin c (stress b vitamin with c). He said it would help build my resistance to allergens. Worked for me. Also I had allergy and sinus problems until I got a prescription for generic Flonase. Worked like magic!! The doctor wrote the prescrip so I get 3 bottles (90 day supply). I use CVS pharmacy. I can renew the prescriptions online and select a different store in a different state each time to pick up. Hope it works out that she feels better traveling!
