Had two travel trailers, 4 fivers and now our MH. I too once siad I'd never have a MH. Ours is a 42' diesel pusher. We will never go back to a fiver. Much more convenient and easier to use. View is way better and driving comfort unmatched by any pickup.
The myth that fivers have more room is just that ... A myth. Our current MH is the same lenght our last fiver was and has more room inside and tons more storage. Another plus is having a toad or your choice to drive around after. It is easier to hookup our toad then it was to hook up our fiver, and it too had auto leveling jacks.
