You likely do need 2 policies. The RV policy can be modified when you are parked to eliminate liability insurance when parked but would need to be modified when you travel to ensure proper coverage. The land itself should have liability coverage but you will want to talk to your agent to ensure that coverage extends to your RV while parked on that land. Full timing can be tricky and you must make sure that your agent understands exactly what you plan to do and what coverage is required to make sure you don't end up in the poor house.
