In your situation I would consider Tradewinds RV Park of Vallejo. It's a little south of Santa Rosa but has very reasonable rates for the area. I nearly lived there, but didn't want to have to trek across the bridge to get into San Francisco everyday. It's not in the best of areas, but for a short term full-time arrangement it would work. Their Yelp page gives you reviews and a number. Good luck.
