Look at some of the State Parks, i.e. Half Moon Bay SB, Sonoma Coast SB, Botha-Napa State Park, which may not have large spaces and it has no hookups. If you look on the San Francisco side of the Golden Gate, which is not that far from Santa Rosa, you may find an RV park which can accommodate you. Have you tried San Francisco RV Resort? Below is a link to the Reserve America website with a listing of some RV parks on the San Francisco side of the bridge; which does mean that you will pay a toll every-time you come into San Francisco.
