We're a family of soon to be 9 . With a plan to have a tt next year , and as long as all goes well we have a 5 year plan to be full time . Though when we do go full time we will only have 5 of the kid...

I would suggest immediately moving into the smallest apartment you can find, but don't give up your present location. Try it for a month to see if everyone can find a place and it doesn't drive you crazy. Pick a time when the weather is terrible outside. Give us a full report back.
