I f/t in the RV friendly state of Florida. My permanent address is provided by my professional mail service which meets Homeland Security requirements. Further, I filed an Intent To Domicile listing that address with the Court of Records in the applicable county. My DL, tags, insurance, banking, voters registration, et al, including pass port reflect that address. Am I ever there? I stop by perhaps once a year to say "hey" if I'm in the vicinity. I vote by absentee ballot, renew tags online, bank online, etc. I did have to renew my DL in person last year. But, I did so at the DMV in another part of the State.
