+1 on phone power issues. We use a Garmin (RV706) for traveling even though our '14 f350 has a built in GPS. I find the Garmin far superior to the stock Ford. The Garmin seems to generate routes better plus offers easier routing and has lifetime updates. Of course it has a much larger screen than a phone. The GPS on your phone will get you by, but you will not be satisfied!
