When I was looking into this earlier this year, the Blue Cross (and Blue Shield) PPOs didn't have practitioners in the states I wanted to visit. I mean they had a few, but, for example no primary care, or no physical therapy. Big gaps. And these were in populous states!
Are you saying that you found a state with no practitioners that are part of BCBS? What state was that? Almost all doc-in-a-box will accept BCBS from around the country.
