Do any of these mail forwarding services offer to open and scan your mail and then email the image to you? Seems like it would be much easier than trying to find someplace where they can forward it to you if you're on the road moving around. I would wonder if the postal service has regulations against a business like this?
We had www.travelingmailbox.com last winter. They would post a pic of each piece of mail. I could click on "forward", "scan", "return", or "shred"......they have different charges, etc. I would click on "forward" and then in the menu above, I'd go in and tell them what address I would be getting the mail (ie, general delivery, Parker, Arizona)I had absolutely NO trouble with them and was very pleased with the service :) :) Oh, we could even choose which of their affiliates we wanted our mail to go thru.
