BTW, if you get a physical address from a company like UPS for example. Can you use that address to establish a domicile for drivers license for that state? Yes. I live, on paper, at my mail box.
The USPS does not allow a PO Box to be used as a domicile because PO Boxes do not have street addresses.

The parcel store has told me that they don't really care if the address on my mail is properly formatted (as noted in the above link) as long as my box # is on the address so that they don't have to look it up.
