Hi Barb,
You're right of course, who in AZ is going to lobby for it. I was foolish enough to think that I could pull my rig into the state of my choice, tuck myself into into a space at a local RV park, spend a few months and while I'm there get my license and claim the state as my own.
Maybe the answer is to get an e-chepo apartment for a couple months?
