We also have the Reflectix on our windows.
One of the first things I did when we bought the rig was measure and cut a cover for every window in the rig.
As mentioned, it helps us as much with summer heat in Texas as for winter. But we do use it when the temps drop below 35. Especially the big back window across almost the entire width. You can feel the cold (or heat) without the cover in place.
We've never stayed where there were extended periods of very cold weather - but we do like to take the covers down on bright sunny days and air out the TT when temps climb into the low 60s.
