medical insurance under 65?
DH has Medicare, but I'm 62. ACA is state specific and doesn't look like it would work for a FT lifestyle. No employee coverage... no retiree coverage. No cobra. No military. Sooo...any id...

True, but you have a few years to go -- as do my wife & I.
Currently, we're using COBRA, but have also investigated plans on www.ehealthinsurance.com and www.healthcare.gov, and we'll have to pick one of these plans when COBRA runs out.
www.thehealthsherpa.com is a helpful site for estimating cost and selecting an ACA plan.
Also remember that you might be eligible for a subsidy.
