Newbie's 5th wheel

Question

My wife and I are looking to retire to Fla in the near future. We are looking to buying a 5th wheel and want to just park it and live full time. Our plan is to not buy a truck, are there people that would haul the trailer to a park for us. Is this such a thing. Just trying to learn before we do something dumb

If you buy from a dealer they'll move it for you. Where I work we do this service all the time.

Check with your dealer, he likely has people available, but I think you would be happier with a park model.

do you know what a park model is because for what you are describing I think they would be much more suitable.

I will "third" the park model idea. No need to pay for an RV designed for travel if you're not going to use it for travel. The park model will give you some more residential features than the fifth wheel and will keep everything on the same level (rather than going up stairs to the bedroom, etc.).
