Open Tanks with no worries
We've been full time RVing for about six years now, and the most annoying thing in our Class A and in our TT is dealing with dumping tanks. I looked around online and called shops looking for a fix to leave tanks open and not have to touch a lever if we're parked for a while. With no quick answers, we set out to make a device that would allow us to forget about the tanks. We made one for each RV, as all are different. Five months in our TT now, and I haven't touched a lever, smelled a bad scent, or seen the sensors go over two lights. It's getting over 100d in Texas, and I haven't thought of our three tanks since March (other than hitting the sensor buttons and smiling).
We're thinking of offering this to other people and need a word of advice. Would other RVers who stay put a while like this thing as much as we do if it costs around the $200 range. This is not a sales message, we just want to know if there is a demand before we make fools of ourselves. Thanks for any input!
