Residential Internet service at RV park

Hi All,

The wife and I are thinking about buying an RV and living in it full time. I still work and my career will allow me to do what I do I from anywhere as long as I have a good high speed internet connection. Doing research on internet connectivity at RV parks it seems that any kind of internet service provide by them is NOT going to be bandwidth sufficient or reliable for what I need.
So I was think if RV parks allow ATT Uverse/ Verizon FIOS/ internet residential service be installed directly to the lot I am renting. I am willing to do some kind of long term stay contract 6+ months if need be.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

  • ummmmm. I'm not a techy by any means.....would the MiFi offered by ATT and Verizon suit your needs? We use ATT and wow, it works great for us! (and you don't need the parks permission for that.) Oh....and it may not be the parks restrictions on the "home" internet....the companies themselves may think you're too "mobile"..
