Sold house in one day

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. We got lucky. Our realtor knew another realtor who's client was waiting for new inventory for a home similar to ours, which is a little different. She emailed the other realtor Tuesday afternoon right after the listing agreement was signed and the showing was scheduled for 9:30am Wednesday even before the listing was even entered into the MLS system. The offer was made at 6:00pm and accepted by 6:30pm. We are happy, but not over the moon yet as we had a sale fall through on a different home in 2002, so we know from experience it can happen. We also priced the home for a little bit less than the realtor suggested.
