Sounds doable, although camping/living in the same spot for 10 years wouldn't appeal to everyone. The other thing to keep in mind is that unlike your current home, a RV is a depreciating asset, even if well-maintained. About the time you retire, you may need to replace the RV and/or purchase another "sticks & bricks" house, depending on your post-retirement plans.
