I figured it out. I had to clear the cache. There was a coupon code in there that cancelling the discounted price. Thanks.

I copied and pasted the link in a private browser window and was able to complete the transaction.

There is a name for this. I call my computer FRED. That is short for:
Frustrating
Ridiculous
Electronic
Device

Add it to the cart and price goes to 104.95.
