A shout-out for favorable treatment
I mistakenly started a discussion of my rejected service claim on the wrong forum (see roadside service) and wanted to follow through. After lots of discussion, my claim was approved by Mr. Scott Blanc who has proven to be a stand-up fellow.
I just want to say that it is sometimes difficult to get Affinity to listen but the review process that Good Sam takes seriously is what makes this service work.
But one does have to be careful to understand the Terms and Conditions, which have changed since I initiated coverage, as Mr. Blanc pointed out. I am over 150k now so my worries now begin without coverage.
