APP Update

Hi

I have downloaded the Roadside Assistance App and registered my details. All of that went well. But, when I went to put in the details of my RV (Heartland Landmark 5th Wheel) there were only about 12 options under manufacturer and they all actually seemed to be models from one particular manufacturer. I would really like to get all of my information into the system so I can use it, as designed, if the situation ever arises, but right now, I'm not able to do so. So, help!

    Remember me? I'm the customer and forum member that you said you would get back to right away. You asked me to send a private message with my contact details which I did. Now it has been over a week and no one has contacted me so I can update my Good Sam Roadside App.

    How about it Good Sam? Let's see some of that world renown customer service here!

    By the way, I just tried to update my RV in the App and now, after I put in the date only 3 possibilities show up under Manufacturer/make. I'm sure that there are more than 3 makers of RV's out there.

  • Done. Please note that I was able to register my account with the app. It was when I tried to put in the info for my specific RV that I ran into a problem.
