First off did the responder, that took your call, sound as if they were in INDIA or the Philippines? thats when you asked to be transferred to the USA and talk to some one here AT HOME. They do use part of the Allstate staff for road service which is a big problem. I had a like situation from the other guys service, thats why I left them.
