Bad day?
Do some people just have bad days or do they just complain about everything. I see people complain about GS this or that, but they are not even members. I know there is a lot of good info on this web ...

there is nothing more difficult to deal with than the general public. It's been my philosophy for many decades that as an individual, we can do our best to try and make people happy but regardless, there is always that small number of folks who for whatever reason or another, are convinced that life revolves completely around them
These kinds of people are unreasonable, greedy, and take the mantra "the customer is always right" literally.
Or, they have legitimate complaints against companies that provide hideous products and service and aren't getting satisfaction through other means.
