BAD EXPERIENCE

This forum has been around for years, if there were complaints about Coach-Net then you would see them here and in fact if you look for Coach-Net complaints you may find some. Up til this year, I have not had a complaint about Good Sam Roadside Assistance and I have seen some complaints over the years but not like this year. This year, it seems Good Sam Roadside Assistance had really gone way down in customer service. REALLY BAD customer service is what is happening. Good Sam and Coach Net offer the same services with very little difference in basic services, I read the contract very carefully. The differences it appears is the people working the phones and fax machines and getting the help out to the people AND the companies that are contracted with each company. Coach-Net does not suggest I go to a Volvo Truck repair place with a 2500HD Chevy diesel truck. Volvo is a bigger unit and do not carry Chevy parts etc. When I called them, they said they were did not have the parts necessary to fix my brakes that burst a line!!! I find Good Sam really remiss in their service and time taken to get it to the right place for brake service and replacement!!! I spoke with Shane Wilmes (email), he sent me an email because he did not like I was on RV.net complaining and I found him to be RUDE and having no suggestions for a change to make their service acceptable to those who have paid for it and now need it!
